Job Description

Supports the product lifecycle from product definition to product release, working closely with user teams to meet their requirements • Supports the execution and release of products to customers, participating in post-release debugging and assisting with project closeout activities • Assists with collection of feature requirements from customers, and translation of those to a definition of non-complex product deliverables.
