Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Office IT Desktop Services Expert to provide comprehensive second-line support for VOIS Spain. You will work across a wide range of office and workplace technologies, supporting internal and external users, managing incident resolution, and collaborating closely with first-line support teams. This role involves troubleshooting, asset management, customer interaction, and participation in IT projects to ensure seamless service delivery across VOIS Spain workplace environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver Level 2 Office IT Desktop Support in collaboration with L1 teams
  • Communicate effectively with users through email, chat, or messaging platforms
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, errors, and resolution steps
  • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting as required
  • Introduce new employees to Office IT standards and offer guidance to colleagues and junior associates
  • Support installation and testing of hardware, applications, and operating systems
  • Ensure all equipment complies with security requirements
  • Control, track, and manage hardware and software assets
  • Prepare reports as required by management
  • Deliver IT support activities at alternative sites when needed
  • Manage workstation and software installations
  • Support meeting room technologies

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification in Computer, Industrial, Electrical or Electronics Engineering

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer-facing support environments
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently
