Job Responsibility
Partner with Product Managers, System Architects, Engineering, UX, AI engineers, data scientists, customers, and business stakeholders to align business analysis activities with product strategy and engineering delivery
Capture the voice of the customer through interviews, workshops, process assessments, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, journey maps, and operational challenges to identify optimization opportunities
Identify and evaluate high-value Generative AI and automation use cases that improve business processes, operational workflows, and product capabilities
Define scope, business value, measurable outcomes, success metrics, and value realization plans for AI-enabled solutions
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, including accuracy, explainability, usability, latency, governance, security, and operational considerations
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to document prompt workflows, retrieval requirements, user interaction patterns, data dependencies, and AI evaluation expectations
Break down Epics into Features and sprint-ready User Stories with clear requirements, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, and business value alignment
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize release scope, refine Product and Release Backlogs, and ensure requirements are delivery-ready
Work with UX teams to align process maps, user scenarios, requirements, and interaction patterns with user experience designs
Validate AI-generated outputs and delivered functionality against business expectations, requirements, and success metrics
Deliver product demonstrations, business reviews, and stakeholder presentations that communicate product value, adoption, outcomes, and improvement opportunities
Maintain documentation for requirements, business processes, configurations, product decisions, changes, and operational impacts
