Job Responsibility:
Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution
Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes
Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes
Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency
Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders
Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations
Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
Proven experience managing complex investment products, such as Alternative Investments, Private Equity, Derivatives, or Structured Products
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build effective partnerships across senior levels
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making capabilities, particularly in high-risk and time-sensitive situations
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, delivery, and driving change initiatives aligned to broader business objectives
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, precision, and consistently high-quality outputs
Nice to have:
Strong knowledge of global financial markets, including capital markets, derivatives, private markets, and OTC products
