Lead execution of Icertis product implementations and enhancements, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards. Oversee requirements gathering, functional design, and act as the primary escalation point for complex issues. Represent the team in customer interactions, including remote and on-site engagement. Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing across the group.
Job Responsibility:
Lead execution of Icertis product implementations and enhancements, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards
Oversee requirements gathering, functional design, and act as the primary escalation point for complex issues
Represent the team in customer interactions, including remote and on-site engagement
Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing across the group
Manage and lead Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) product implementations for enterprise business units, including planning, execution, financials, and customer relationships
Drive process improvement and operational excellence within the ServiceNow ticket lifecycle and other workflow tools
Develop knowledgebase articles and training documentation for both internal staff and customers
Provide consultation on product features, review customer implementation, and offer configuration/web enhancements for optimal user experience
Ensure successful delivery through project management best practices, customer alignment, and stakeholder management
Track and resolve issues, proactively engage in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solutioning
Collaborate with client business stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and formulate best-practice solutions utilizing Icertis platform capabilities
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
Validate solution design against scope, schedule, and effort considerations for every engagement
Lead system configuration and deployment activities for multiple customer implementations
Implement new changes by applying functional skills to customer environments, ensuring configuration aligns with best practices and business needs
Oversee platform upgrades and routine maintenance for assigned customer implementations
Ensure all operational activities, integrations, and enhancements are carried out efficiently, leveraging identified process improvements
Manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and subject matter expertise
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning through formal and informal training opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 6 to8 years’ experience in application support or functional consulting, ideally with direct exposure to Icertis
Track record of at least one complete or partial functional implementation from discovery through delivery
Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts and willingness to travel as required
Hands-on experience with Icertis platform implementations, configurations, and upgrades
Effective stakeholder management and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, templates, business rules, clauses, and workflow design
Nice to have:
An engineering degree from a reputed institution
MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
Experience implementing Contract Management or Supply Chain applications (CLM/SCM) preferred
Exposure to Azure, cloud computing, and enterprise IT environments
