  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, serving as a point of contact for escalations related to functional configurations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting enterprise or CLM applications
  • Experience in at least 2 end‑to‑end CLM or enterprise platform implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Effective stakeholder management
