Job Responsibility:
Contribute to execution of Icertis product implementations for enterprise customers using standardized project management and delivery methodologies
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring accurate solution mapping
Provide support during project delivery phases, including functional design, system configuration, and testing
Lead or assist in system configuration and deployment activities for Icertis Contract Intelligence implementations
Participate in process documentation, requirement gathering, configuration, and quality assurance activities across multiple customer engagements
Support project managers by tracking deliverables, addressing queries, and collaborating in cross-functional teams
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, serving as a point of contact for escalations related to functional configurations
Develop user training documents and facilitate knowledge transfer for client and internal teams
Assist in conceptualizing and formulating best-practice solutions aligned with key project objectives and business requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose
Execute configuration tasks such as template management, business rule setup, workflow automation, and integration with other enterprise platforms
Implement functional changes within customer environments, ensuring compliance with standards and business goals
Support routine platform maintenance, upgrades, and post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and functional enhancements
Monitor system usage and performance, responding to user queries and functional support requests
Contribute to internal group knowledge through workshops, training, and capability-building initiatives
Mentor newer team members as appropriate and foster best practices in functional consulting
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience supporting enterprise or CLM applications
Experience in at least 2 end‑to‑end CLM or enterprise platform implementations
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field (preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
Nice to have:
Exposure to contract management, supply chain, or similar SaaS applications is a plus
