  • Provide support during project delivery phases, including functional design, system configuration, and testing
  • Lead or assist in system configuration and deployment activities for Icertis Contract Intelligence implementations
  • Participate in process documentation, requirement gathering, configuration, and quality assurance activities across multiple customer engagements
  • Support project managers by tracking deliverables, addressing queries, and collaborating in cross-functional teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, serving as a point of contact for escalations related to functional configurations

Requirements

  • Experience in at least 2 end‑to‑end CLM or enterprise platform implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
