The Specialist – HR is responsible for providing HR support for the Gurgaon location supporting GBS HR center serving 100+ employees. This role ensures smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle while partnering with business teams to resolve employee relations issues, support talent initiatives, and implement HR programs. The role works closely with COEs, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Support Workforce Planning
Partner with business leaders to understand short‑ and long‑term talent needs to support and plan their hiring needs
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure position gets filled as per target
End‑to‑End Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring, onboarding, confirmations, and transfers to exit management
Ensure seamless coordination with TA, and other COEs for timely and accurate execution
Monitor employee experience across touchpoints and drive continuous improvements
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters
Partner closely with COE teams (TA, L&D, C&B, HR Ops) to deliver unified HR solutions
Facilitate regular touchpoints with employees to understand concerns and escalate issues where needed
Influence and guide leaders through people decisions, change initiatives, and organizational priorities
