Job Description

Coordinates the delivery of HR processes, uses basic technical capabilities and identifies simplification opportunities to ensure HR activities and HRIS systems are delivered effectively

Job Responsibility

  • Responds to requests for audits, compliance checks and data quality activities are completed and agreed remediations are executed against a service management framework
  • Reviews HR data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintains dashboards, metrics, and other reporting aligned with key organizational performance metrics
  • Collaborates with HR service providers and any other stakeholders to optimize service delivery
  • Conducts tests to implement system improvements and fixes, coordinating testing efforts with both internal and external teams

  • Requires advanced knowledge and specialized skills in a variety of processes, procedures and systems
  • Applies specialist skills gained through considerable on the job experience to lead in the development of concepts and techniques
  • Often acts as a team lead or supports project coordination, providing guidance and work direction to others - but is not a supervisor
