It involves assessing data submissions, generating HR data requests, and managing communications with internal teams and customers. The role includes supporting unemployment claims by providing necessary documentation to business partners. Success is measured by data accuracy, timely response to requests, and effective communication with stakeholders. Job Responsibility:
Support unemployment claims by retrieving and providing appropriate documentation to business partners
Monitor and maintain intake queues by running reports and preparing communications
Prepare and complete employee lifecycle documents such as verification of employment and personnel file requests
Maintain accurate HR records by scanning and indexing submissions into the HR document repository
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
1-2 years HR Experience supporting employee lifecycle data (Preferred)
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to complete assignments that are semi-routine in nature
Ability to work under close to moderate supervision and apply acquired job skills
Highly accurate and attentive to detail with ability to adapt quickly
Demonstrated customer focus with ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience
Ability to stay current on guidelines and processing procedure
