Job Description

The Global Alliances and Channels team at Appian is a fast-paced, dynamic organization that plays an integral role in driving Appian's growth globally. We are looking for a process-driven Partner Operations Specialist to provide critical support to the global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure partner submitted deal registrations comply with program requirements and Service Level Agreements. You will help bridge the gap between partners, Alliance Managers, and Field Sales to ensure deal progression, while also analyzing data to identify efficiencies and improve the partner experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the deal registration lifecycle for global partners, including deal eligibility validation, status monitoring, and escalation to ensure timely approvals, accurate CRM attribution, and program compliance
  • Act as the primary conduit between the partner deal submitters, the alliance team, and field sales representatives to facilitate communication, approvals, and conversion to Stage 2 qualification
  • Optimize the partner experience by reviewing existing registration processes to identify bottlenecks, reduce errors, and drive operational efficiency
  • Transform data into insights by generating and analyzing deal registration reports to identify emerging trends and partner performance gaps
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support for global partner initiatives, such as new partner onboarding and long-tail enablement and support

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in channel operations, sales operations, deal desk, or similar B2B support roles
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and maintaining CRM systems, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with global stakeholders
  • A self-starter who can work independently while remaining deeply integrated within a global team across different time zones
  • Based in Chennai, India
