Job Description

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Financial Analyst Sales who will support the Sales Finance Manager and the rest of the finance team in all planning, controlling, and reporting activities for Country Italy. The Finance Analyst Sales will also be involved in supporting the business strategy (Go to Market model & Resource Allocation definition and measurement) and target setting definition.

Job Responsibility

  • Support in monthly closing and reporting activities (Reporting Package)
  • Support on P&L Variance Analysis (actual vs planning vs previous year)
  • Assist during month end with relevant data to analyze channel/customer’s performance
  • Focus on Gross Margin Variance Analysis and identify opportunities to support and drive the earnings model
  • Support the sales force in the construction of Customer Plans and subsequent budget revisions
  • Support in the analysis and ad hoc simulations of business scenarios (what if analysis)
  • Support on special projects, as needed

Requirements

  • BA in Economics / Engineering or relevant fields
  • 3/5 years of experience in Finance / Controlling / FP&A within FMCG / Pharma multinational companies
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a must
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to provide financial support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong system direction and interaction (Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SAP BW)

Nice to have

  • Experience in management consulting firms is a plus
  • Experience in using SAP SAC software platform is a plus
