Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership for Billing Cards Invoicing team requirements in the 1CP project
  • Participate and represent the team in all 1CP project related meetings
  • Participate and be responsible for user acceptance testing
  • To lead online and classroom user trainings
  • Take ownership and participate in data migration to the new system
  • To provide first line support after system go-live
  • Participate in month closing related tasks
  • Various manual invoice creation for specific customers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be last year student)
  • Previous experience in accounting
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • General understanding of ERP systems
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing) for communication with colleagues in Europe
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills
  • Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality
