Job Description:

Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Process supplier invoices in the system
  • Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule
  • Work with data quality control and correct accounting errors
  • Respond to supplier and client queries
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Perform other department's tasks according to manager's assignment
  • Take active part in knowledge transfer project
  • Contribute to maintaining procedure descriptions and instructions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be a student)
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge is a bonus)
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing) for communication with colleagues in Europe
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills
  • Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality
  • Improvement driven and good team player

Nice to have:

Previous experience in accounting will be considered as an advantage
