Job Description:

Event Specialist position at Sheraton Ningbo Hotel, responsible for coordinating events, meeting with group coordinators, analyzing banquet orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions
Read and analyze banquet event orders
Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
Follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
