Job Responsibility

  • Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Ensure installations are done to set standards
  • Connect and secure loose wires properly
  • Perform checks on motors and belts and handle lubrication
  • Change filters and replace worn parts
  • Repair motors and check alignment of pump and motors
  • Conduct 52 week PPM as per schedule
  • Carry out daily checks of chillers and equipment
  • Calculate chiller, pump consumptions, BTU consumption
  • Document records of chillers, pumps, AHU, exhausts
  • Maintain ventilation of kitchen, car parking, toilet exhaust
  • Prepare daily & monthly checklists
  • Assign daily work to technicians
  • Know installation of BTU meter and servicing
  • Prepare Chart of BTU and electric monthly consumption
  • Order supplies or equipment for HVAC
  • Ensure availability and updates of HVAC projects
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Handle maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Identify faulty or expired parts and report
  • Update challenges or requirements weekly
  • Ensure BMS is functional and updated
  • Monitor and maintain record of BTU reading
