Job Responsibility

  • Be accountable for the overall execution of your engineering-related portfolio: Prioritization of PCRs according to business needs, Lead PCRs through Change Management process, Develop and track detailed schedules, Monitor scope and budget, Perform continuous risk management
  • Lead and facilitate program reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage governance related to your portfolio, prepare the necessary content for successful cross functional alignment
  • Oversight of strategic PCRs, providing support to team members and visibility to leadership team
  • Prepare and present governance for a variety of audiences and management levels
  • Identify new needs that will result in a work method or tool, to improve department’s efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or relevant and equivalent diploma
  • At least ten (10) or more years of experience in aerospace
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems
  • Strong knowledge of project management
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite and have a very strong aptitude in data management
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Customer oriented and innovative in problem solving
  • Open mind and a great ability to work in a team
  • Sense of organization
  • time management and you demonstrate autonomy
  • Results oriented, and have good negotiations and influencing skills

Nice to have

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
