Job Description:

Exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful communications for internal audiences that support Comcast Advertising. The Specialist, Communications, will be responsible for driving efficiency and consistency through our team by supporting and executing the day-to-day operations of the Comcast Advertising Communications editorial channels and processes. You will also help enable and execute communications strategies that support key stakeholder and business objectives, long-term goals, and projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support day-to-day operations for the Comcast Advertising Communications team, including editorial content, calendar planning/management, and tactical execution
  • Support the establishment and management of editorial best practices to deliver timely and effective messaging
  • Adopt and maintain team templates, style guides, distribution lists and other resource materials
  • Understand our digital channels and best practices for digital content
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and the Comcast Advertising communications team to ensure messaging is consistent with the broader editorial content strategy
  • Write and develop content to be shared across internal communications channels
  • Manage Comcast Advertising communications channels
  • Create design elements, including digital signage and key imagery for campaigns
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
