Job Description:

Specialist role in Circle K's Global Loyalty team working with stakeholders across Europe and North America markets to drive incremental net sales and personalized customer experiences for loyalty program members

Job Responsibility:

Execute direct customer communication and campaigns through email, SMS and app push channels using Adobe Campaign
Participate in local loyalty campaigns planning process
Manage customer database, perform regular list hygiene, build workflows and audiences
Follow up on performance of campaigns and communications
Daily collaboration with colleagues in Global Loyalty and local marketing/loyalty teams

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant previous working experience in email/mobile marketing
Experience in working with marketing automation tools for campaign management
Understanding of email/SMS/app push principles (design, build, deliverability) and best practices
Technical mindset is a must
Comfortable in analyzing and tracking data to continuously optimize communication performance
Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven personality
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal

Nice to have:

Relevant higher education (marketing, business, economics, IT, analytics)
Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript and SQL
Experience from an international retail and/or matrix organization
