Job Responsibility:
Delivering, preparing, and executing compelling, adaptable lessons
Conducting both formal and ongoing student evaluations and interpreting data
Modifying educational resources to guarantee accessibility for all students
Liaising effectively with teaching assistants, families, and outside specialists
Fostering a constructive, welcoming, and equitable classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Demonstrated success teaching students with various Special Educational Needs within a UK school environment
Comprehensive grasp of SEN regulations, effective intervention methods, and sophisticated differentiation practices
Excellent classroom leadership, paired with essential qualities such as perseverance, flexibility, patience, and initiative
A current, satisfactory Enhanced DBS check is required, or the immediate willingness to secure one upon accepting the post
