Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting both formal and ongoing student evaluations and interpreting data

  • Liaising effectively with teaching assistants, families, and outside specialists
  • Fostering a constructive, welcoming, and equitable classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Demonstrated success teaching students with various Special Educational Needs within a UK school environment
  • Comprehensive grasp of SEN regulations, effective intervention methods, and sophisticated differentiation practices
  • Excellent classroom leadership, paired with essential qualities such as perseverance, flexibility, patience, and initiative
  • A current, satisfactory Enhanced DBS check is required, or the immediate willingness to secure one upon accepting the post
