Job Responsibility

  • Taking responsibility for digital marketing and continuously expanding online marketing activities as well as social media channels
  • Developing content and storytelling concepts for the AKG Group and its products
  • Creating and implementing creative and innovative ideas to further improve our online presence (website, intranet, social media)
  • Acting as an interface between global and local marketing teams, product management, and other internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating with external partners (e.g. agencies)
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new topic areas
  • Supporting the HR department with social media recruiting initiatives and the further optimization of the global career site

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate technical input into effective content
  • Several years of professional experience in digital and/or online marketing, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
  • Good knowledge of relevant social media platforms and their professional use, as well as experience with content management systems (preferably TYPO3)
  • Strong personal interest in new technologies, platforms, and marketing tools
  • Experience in independently creating relevant content for various channels and target groups
  • Very good English and German language skills, including strong editorial and writing abilities
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Hands-on mentality
