A rare and exceptional opportunity has arisen within our Scottish Market Area for a Specialist Dealership Head of Business, leading one of the most prestigious multi-brand luxury automotive operations in Scotland, based in Edinburgh. Representing Lamborghini, Bentley, and Ferrari, alongside a high-performing specialist used car operation including a muti-branded aftersales operation, this role carries full accountability for the overall performance, strategic direction and financial success of the business. As a position of significant seniority and influence, we are seeking an outstanding leader with the presence, credibility and ambition to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver excellence at every level of customer, colleague, and manufacturer interaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Full P&L responsibility for a complex, multi-franchise operation, overseeing both sales and aftersales functions
  • Lead and develop a large, multi-disciplined team
  • Manage and exceed key dealership KPIs
  • Maintain rigorous financial control
  • Drive sustainable growth across all areas of the business

Requirements

  • A demonstrable track record of success in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability
  • Extensive experience across both sales and aftersales operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple performance metrics at the highest level
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining direct relationships with manufacturer partners, with current brand-relevant relationships highly advantageous
  • A deep understanding of the luxury automotive market and evolving customer expectations
  • Proven experience engaging directly with high-net-worth clients, delivering a seamless, world-class customer journey
