Job Description

The Specialist, Data Analyst in the production area plays a key role in supporting decision-making and improving production efficiency through data and must be detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively with various teams.

Requirements

  • Design, develop and maintain data collection systems in production, such as creating applications or data recording systems
  • Lead to develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Excel
  • Architect data models and lead complex analyses (SPC, regression/forecasting, DOE), experimentation/A-B tests, and narrative insights
  • Co-lead integration of MES/SCADA/Historians/IoT with ERP

  • Plan and lead to execute pilots and scale-ups
  • manage UAT, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Own data dictionary, lineage, and access controls
  • set SLAs for timeliness, completeness, accuracy
  • Implement monitoring/alerting
  • drive root-cause elimination for recurrent data issues
  • Ensure PDPA and internal policy compliance
  • Coach team (incl. entry-level analysts) with clear learning paths and standards
  • Enable stakeholders via clinics/training on data literacy and BI self-service
  • Translate data insights into actions with line leaders and track realized value
