Within a team of 8 people reporting to the Manager Culture & Arts, your main mission will be to contribute to the implementation of Audemars Piguet’s Sport strategy and to support all related activations, partnerships and projects.
Job Responsibility:
Participating in the development and execution of the sport strategy in line with the brand’s long‑term vision in culture
Coordinating the activation of sport partnerships and ensuring the quality of the activations offered to talents and sports communities
Managing relationships with athlete ambassadors and partners, including needs, exchanges, project organisation and follow‑up
Supporting contract management, including preparation, follow‑up on deliverables, internal coordination and meeting deadlines
Contributing to the preparation and implementation of projects related to national and international activations (content, events, etc)
Collaborating with internal teams (Brand-Marketing, Events, Retail, Communications) and external partners (agencies, federations, clubs,athletes management)
Monitoring budgets, reporting and key indicators
Conducting trend monitoring and identifying opportunities to strengthen the Sport pillar
Requirements:
Approximately 5 years of experience in sport, culture, athlete management, agencies or a related field
Solid coordination and project management skills in a dynamic environment
A keen interest in the sports world and an understanding of athlete, agency or partnership ecosystems
Excellent interpersonal abilities, particularly when interacting with high‑profile talents and partners
Organized, reliable, proactive and able to evolve within a transforming environment
Availability and flexibility, including the ability to travel occasionally for activations, shootings and events
Motivation to contribute to the development of a growing sport platform
Proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools
Languages: French and English required
