Job Responsibility
Crisis De-escalation: Confidently manage heightened behaviors using proven PMVA techniques
Trauma-Informed Care: Look past the behavior to understand the 'why,' building a foundation of trust
Holistic Guidance: Oversee daily activities, manage healthcare appointments, and support family contact
Clinical Reporting: Deliver precise incident logs and behavioral insights to shape future care plans
Requirements
At least 6 months of paid UK experience in a children's residential or crisis support setting
Proven ability to de-escalate aggression, self-harm, or destructive behaviors calmly and without judgement
A strict understanding of professional boundaries and safe-touch protocols
PMVA training is highly desirable (training can be provided for the right candidate)
