Job Responsibility

  • Create instructions to solve blade incidents that happen all over the world
  • Represent Blade Service Engineering (BSE) in meetings with customers
  • Provide technical support for internal and external BSE clients (e.g. claim negotiations)
  • Liaise with Field Support and/or engineering to determine best solution to solve incidents
  • Create, review, edit, and update technical documentation (e.g. repair instructions)
  • Provide technical support for large projects involving blade topics
  • Create RCA reports for blade related topics
  • Collaborate with team colleagues in various locations and time zones to solve problems

Requirements

  • University background in engineering or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in composites, preferably in wind industry
  • Experience in managing customers
  • Proven ability to communicate and defend technical topics to experts and lay audiences
  • Experience writing and editing documentation
  • Knowledge of blade design and manufacturing
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience conducting RCA
  • Ability to work remotely with little supervision
  • Willingness to international travels
