Proven expertise and knowledge in blade design, manufacturing, and repair processes
Minimum 8 years of experience in wind turbine service, blade repair, inspection, or manufacturing — ideally with field exposure
Advanced English level (C1 or higher)
Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to lead technical discussions, manage contractors, and work independently in a dynamic environment

Job Responsibility

Review inspection reports and classify blade damages
Create and monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) within internal systems
Define repair plans and produce technical sketches for critical repairs in alignment with engineering guidelines
Support rotor balancing analysis based on blade condition and operational data
Supervise and follow up on blade repairs to ensure quality and compliance
Coordinate internal and subcontracted resources for blade inspections and repairs
Provide accurate activity forecasts to external and internal teams
Deliver technical training and development support to subcontractors
Conduct QHSE audits on wind farms and repair sites
Plan long-term budgets for blade maintenance and repair activities

Minimum 4–6 years in quality assurance or logistics roles within industrial, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors
Hands-on involvement in FMEA processes (p-FMEA and d-FMEA) and development of control plans

Strong background in non-conformity management, including incident reporting and root cause analysis

Develop the Logistics Quality Control Plan and control methods (checklists) based on p-FMEA, d-FMEA, and specific transport instructions
Participate in p-FMEA analysis for outbound transport of main components
Active member of the Logistics Change Committee and administrator of the “GCM: logistics – INC” group, driving lessons learned and continuous improvement actions
Implement the Outbound Field Support (OFS) role in previously analyzed and required locations
Coordinate with the Logistics Operations team to align the activities of Marine Cargo Surveyors and OFS inspectors according to the assigned transport plans, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with Nordex guidelines
Coordinate OFS at factories, yards, and ports during truck loading/unloading and storage of components according to Nordex transport guidelines
Manage OFS reports and perform KPI analysis
Coordinate Marine Cargo Surveyors at ports according to Nordex transport guidelines and GF01.45.04.02.05 Nordex BIC Process
