Job Responsibility:

  • Independently prepare, review, and monitor lease and operating management statements (fixed and turnover-based leases)
  • integrate new contracts into the system and manage them independently
  • make payments on time and monitor outstanding items
  • be the contact person for clients and auditors
  • assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (including provisions and sales tax returns)
  • closely involve our internal departments such as Legal
  • participate in the budget process and contribute your numerical expertise

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on finance
  • at least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • sound knowledge of accounting (accounts receivable, creditors, general ledger accounts)
  • ideally, experience with MS Dynamics Navision and very good MS Office skills
  • a good understanding of contract content and its accounting implementation
  • a structured, independent work style and demonstrate initiative
