Job Responsibility

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals across the UK using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking events, etc.)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical technology roles (e.g., software engineers, solution architects, DevOps engineers, cloud specialists, etc.)
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate personas, and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Stay updated on UK recruitment trends, market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically for roles based in the UK region
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
  • Excellent understanding of technical job roles, skills, and market landscape in the UK
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet hiring targets

Nice to have

  • Experience working with global teams or clients is a plus
  • Prior experience recruiting for contract IT positions in the UK
  • Familiarity with UK compliance and hiring practices
  • Experience using modern ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools
