This unique, hybrid role combines approximately 70% B2B front-line support for financial professionals and 30% transactional operations on the stock markets. Job Responsibility

  • Act as a trusted point of contact and generalist to respond to various requests from independent financial advisors via phone and email
  • Support and guide business partners on the use of internal platforms, administrative procedures, compliance, and account management
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams (operations, transfers, money movements, compliance) to ensure rigorous follow-up and efficiently close each file
  • Actively participate in the transactional side by executing operations on financial markets (stocks, ETFs, bonds, mutual funds) and performing necessary foreign exchange (FX) currency conversions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and participate in integrating artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT) to optimize daily work

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or operational support role, ideally within the financial services, banking, or brokerage industry
  • Fluent and professional bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to communicate easily with a clientele spread across Canada
  • Strong technological proficiency and an active curiosity toward digital tools and artificial intelligence
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CSI certification is a major asset, but an open mind and strong learning potential are highly prioritized
