Requirements:
Experience with Autism or complex mental health
Level 3 in Social Care (or relevant experience in social care)
Strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and physical health
Calm, patient, and excellent communicator
Skilled in verbal and non-verbal communication
Ability to build trust and rapport
Energetic and enthusiastic
Driving would be a huge benefit
