Job Responsibility:

  • Empower cross-functional implementation of the Advanced Quality Strategy in product development stage on system level
  • Ensure product robustness for transport, logistics and handling of components delivered to wind farm projects by balancing quality with cost and delivery
  • Frontload validation activities by implementing best-in-class testing strategies
  • Continuous improvement of the product development process and adjacent processes
  • Coaching and mentoring of Advanced Quality relevant methods and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience with min. 10 years in (logistics) quality, tooling design or logistic process development (or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain quality with demonstrated track record in applying corresponding methods and tools (with Six Sigma, APQP or comparable certificates)
  • Profound project management experience: delivering multi-national projects successfully for several years
  • Independent way of working across countries and continents: representative in global project teams
  • Ability to work on all organizational levels in a constantly changing environment: act as a structured and highly organized team-player
  • English spoken and written fluently is mandatory
