Job Description

The ideal candidate should have good communication and business analysis capability together with system development/enhancement capability. In addition to system setup, application development and technical support, the person would be involved in reviewing cross functional operation process to identify bottle neck of the entire process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience of business application engineer as designer, developer or tester in a financial institution (insurance company)
  • At least 3 years of experience of end user computing support (direct support/communication to the end users is required)
  • Strong skills for standard SQL
  • Experience for BI tools such as Alteryx, Python/Pandas, PowerBI, Tableau etc
  • Skills and knowledge for Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skill in Japanese (Native level)
