Job Description:

The Account Based Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for key accounts. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing and CRM systems, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a technology or business environment. This position offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to make a significant impact on revenue growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports the identification of high-value target accounts based on business objectives
  • Supports with conducting thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and goals of key accounts
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Product) to design customized ABM campaigns
  • Supports with the creation of personalised content, messaging, and experiences tailored to target accounts
  • Crafts compelling messages that resonate with the target accounts
  • Utilizes various channels (email, social media, events) to engage decision-makers within target accounts
  • Supports with defining success metrics for ABM campaigns (e.g., pipeline growth, deal acceleration)
  • Continuously analyses campaign performance and provides feedback to leadership
  • Implements account-specific tracking and reporting mechanisms
  • Fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, understanding their pain points and providing relevant solutions
  • Leverages marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to enhance ABM efforts
  • Supports the best ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives such as Tour de France
  • Coordinates and participates in events, trade shows, and webinars that are relevant to target accounts
  • Performs any other ABM activities as required by leadership team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Seasoned demonstrated experience in a technology and/or business environment, preferably a global organization
  • Seasoned demonstrated experienced gained within a Marketing or Marketing Communications or On-line Agency role
  • Seasoned demonstrated ABM experience with a strong familiarity with robust CRM systems
  • Seasoned demonstrated track record of driving targeted, optimized digital campaigns and programs
  • Excellent customer-centric focus
  • Seasoned understanding of multi-channel engagement data, behavioral data and predictive data
  • Ability to influence others to drive for results
  • Good sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
