The Account Based Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for key accounts. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing and CRM systems, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a technology or business environment. This position offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to make a significant impact on revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Supports the identification of high-value target accounts based on business objectives
Supports with conducting thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and goals of key accounts
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Product) to design customized ABM campaigns
Supports with the creation of personalised content, messaging, and experiences tailored to target accounts
Crafts compelling messages that resonate with the target accounts
Utilizes various channels (email, social media, events) to engage decision-makers within target accounts
Supports with defining success metrics for ABM campaigns (e.g., pipeline growth, deal acceleration)
Continuously analyses campaign performance and provides feedback to leadership
Implements account-specific tracking and reporting mechanisms
Fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
Acts as a trusted advisor, understanding their pain points and providing relevant solutions
Leverages marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to enhance ABM efforts
Supports the best ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives such as Tour de France
Coordinates and participates in events, trade shows, and webinars that are relevant to target accounts
Performs any other ABM activities as required by leadership team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Seasoned demonstrated experience in a technology and/or business environment, preferably a global organization
Seasoned demonstrated experienced gained within a Marketing or Marketing Communications or On-line Agency role
Seasoned demonstrated ABM experience with a strong familiarity with robust CRM systems
Seasoned demonstrated track record of driving targeted, optimized digital campaigns and programs
Excellent customer-centric focus
Seasoned understanding of multi-channel engagement data, behavioral data and predictive data
Ability to influence others to drive for results
Good sense of teamwork and collaboration
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to gain others' support for ideas, proposals, projects and solutions
