Job Description

This job is responsible for developing technical product quotes and pricing solutions through vendor analysis and relationship management. Negotiating pricing with the offnet vendors and offering alternatives to meet the customer requirements. The role requires working knowledge of network design requirements and product specifications to support sales opportunities. The individual in this role will contribute to process improvements while operating under moderate guidance to deliver accurate quote estimations.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyzing pricing options from multiple vendors to determine optimal solutions while adhering to established financial guidelines
  • Negotiating access pricing for specific deals with the most optimal vendor, in accordance with financial targets
  • Supporting quote development through market-aligned analysis and vendor relationship management to achieve favorable pricing outcomes
  • Identifying potential cost factors and technical requirements for sales opportunities with guidance from senior team members
  • Collaborating with vendors on moderately complex network design requests including diversity requirements and fiber route planning
  • Contributing to high-visibility customer projects by participating in coordination meetings between sales teams and vendor representatives
  • Documenting process improvement suggestions related to quoting systems and workflows based on daily operational experiences
  • Expanding technical knowledge of product offerings and vendor networks through structured learning and mentored practical application
  • Preparing detailed quote estimates for technical solutions while following established procedures and seeking guidance when needed
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
