Job Description

Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology. Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal. Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition. Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization. The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application. Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals. Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating. Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture. Assist Learning and Development team on the training plan and execution, related to Lean Six Sigma, Technical Training and IR5.0 related. Assist in Factory of Future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in industry
  • Certified Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven record
