As our next Specialist – Fatigue Risk Management, you’ll sit at the heart of our commitment to keeping our people and customers safe. This role is all about protecting the wellbeing and performance of our crew and operational teams by ensuring our Fatigue Risk Management System continues to evolve, meets regulatory standards, and reflects best practice across the industry. You’ll assess a wide range of data sources, translate insight into clear actions, and work with teams across Virgin Atlantic to embed safe, sustainable ways of working. You’ll also play a key role in educating and influencing others – raising awareness, building strong cross-functional relationships, and helping the business make informed decisions that balance risk, efficiency and safety. It’s an opportunity to combine analytical thinking, human factors understanding, and great communication skills to make a meaningful difference to our operation and to the people who deliver it.
