We are seeking a high-potential, early-career professional to join our Cloud Programs & Alliances team in a unique, semi-rotational role that offers broad exposure to partner strategy, sales enablement, and operational excellence. As the Cloud Programs & Alliances Associate, you will provide direct support to the Director of Microsoft Partnerships and the Vice President of Partnerships & Programs, operating across key functions: Business Management & Executive Support; Microsoft Alliance Development; Partner Operations & Program Execution; Sales Development Coordination. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in cloud partnerships, business strategy, or technology sales, while gaining cross-functional experience at the intersection of cloud solutions and partner ecosystems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Executive & Business Management (30%): Serve as a business manager and administrative right-hand to the Director and VP
  • Help prepare partnership reviews, internal reports, and Microsoft scorecard updates
  • Manage team calendars, meeting agendas, and cross-functional coordination
  • Alliances Support (30%): Assist in the execution of Microsoft partnership motions, including co-sell opportunities, solution mapping, and campaign alignment
  • Track and report on partner program participation, incentives, and competencies
  • Support planning and logistics for joint events, campaigns, and conferences (e.g., Microsoft Inspire)
  • Operations & Program Execution (25%): Maintain internal tools and dashboards tracking partner activities, certifications, and pipeline impact
  • Help manage documentation for key programs including Solution Designations, IP Co-Sell, and Azure Migration & Modernization
  • Support process improvements across partner operations and reporting
  • Sales Development (15%): Collaborate with BDRs to align partner marketing campaigns to outbound motions
  • Track influence and source attribution for Microsoft-sourced leads
  • Help manage Salesforce hygiene and campaign tagging for partner deals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships included)
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills
  • Comfort with data, reporting, and using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Interest in cloud technologies and partnerships (Microsoft experience a plus)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Partner Network programs
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or partner teams in a tech-focused organization
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
