Job Description:

HammondCare At Home is hiring permanent part-time home care workers in South Western Sydney to support clients. This position involves providing personal care, meal preparation, light house cleaning, transportation, and medication assistance to help older individuals live independently in their homes.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care including showering and dressing
Helping around the home including meal preparation and light house cleaning
Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
Assisting with medication

Requirements:

Relate to people and are patient and solutions-focused
Previous experience in aged or community care is a plus, but not required
Valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum Third Party Property Insurance)
Ideally hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (assistance provided to obtain this)
Flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients

Nice to have:

Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
