Job Description:

HammondCare At Home is seeking several permanent part-time Specialised Carers to provide support to our Clients across the South East Sydney region. The role requires travel to clients homes using your own car for which you'll be paid $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
Assisting with medication

Requirements:

Valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (not mandatory)
Flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients

Nice to have:

Previous experience in aged or community care
Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
