Job Description:

HammondCare At Home is continuing to expand our services and we are seeking a permanent part-time Specialised Carer to provide support to our Clients across the Brisbane North region. Our specialised carer receive a work mobile phone, paid travel time and kilometres. We have flexible days of the week as well as start and finish times, and weekend loading if you choose to work weekends.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
Assisting with medication

Requirements:

You can relate to people and you're patient and solutions-focused
You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care
You have a valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
You'll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients

Nice to have:

Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
