Job Description:

HammondCare At Home is seeking several permanent part-time Specialised Carers to provide support to clients across Port Macquarie and surrounding suburbs. The role involves providing essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
Assisting with medication

Requirements:

You can relate to people and you're patient and solutions-focused
You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care
You have a valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support

Nice to have:

Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
