Job Description:

Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases. Operate standard office equipment. Prepare documents using various software. Transmit information using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Ensure delivery of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Prepare letters, memos, and documents
Transmit information using various methods

Requirements:

Serve as point of contact for clients via phone and email
Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
Operate standard office equipment
Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Transmit information using computer, mail, or facsimile machine
Proofread and edit written information for accuracy
Enter and locate work-related information using computers/POS systems
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak using clear and professional language
Prepare and review written documents accurately
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
