The Special Projects Department supports the operational teams in the field and is responsible for managing projects with significant operational complexity. This includes work on Vestas turbines and multi-brand projects, such as the execution of main component replacements and blade repairs or replacements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the local field operations team
Ensure optimized operation of customer assets, focusing on Quality, HSE, and performance
Deliver operational performance aligned with forecast and planning
Oversee security, maintenance activities, and employee development
Provide strategic guidance to field management and ensure team commitment
Build strong customer relationships, addressing critical issues with transparency
Improve productivity and reduce costs using KPIs
Support the Service Director in developing area strategy
Develop budgets and programs to increase profitability
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a project manager within Operations / Service
Demonstrated extensive experience in managing teams effectively
