Job Description:

Are you driven by the desire to break down barriers for students with complex learning needs? We are recruiting for a specialized provision in the Horley/Crawley area dedicated to students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Our goal is simple: to nurture independent learners and provide them with the vital tools they need for a successful transition into adulthood.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering 1:1 and small-group learning activities specifically designed to meet individual EHCP targets
  • Providing a steady, calming presence to help students manage anxiety and social hurdles
  • Empowering students to develop the practical independence required for life beyond the classroom
  • Collaborating with local authorities and specialists to ensure every child receives holistic, wrap-around support
