Job Description:

Become a Special Needs Teaching Assistant with Our Partner Schools. Help shape brighter futures for children with complex learning needs. We’re seeking dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join one of our Outstanding Ofsted-rated partner schools in the Fishponds area. This role involves supporting pupils with significant and varied disabilities, ensuring they receive the care, encouragement, and tailored learning they deserve. Whether you’re experienced or exploring this field for the first time, you’ll receive a thorough induction and continuous professional development to help you thrive.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting pupils with significant and varied disabilities
Ensuring they receive the care, encouragement, and tailored learning they deserve

Requirements:

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities (advantageous but not essential)
Feel confident working with challenging behaviour
Can deliver personalised 1:1 or 2:1 support
Communicate clearly and manage behaviour effectively
Bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach
Believe in inclusive education and ongoing learning
