Job Responsibility:
Provide 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil completing physiotherapy exercises
Support a Reception pupil with complex behavioural needs, applying appropriate strategies
Participate in training for Number Fluency and Little Wandle programmes
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEND leadership to follow individual education plans
Maintain clear communication and accurate record-keeping
Adapt activities to meet the evolving needs of both pupils during the session
Requirements:
Experience working with children with physical and behavioural SEND needs
Patience and ability to manage complex behaviour with clear boundaries
Willingness to undertake training in Number Fluency and Little Wandle
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Understanding of SEND strategies and individualised support
