Job Description:

A highly regarded specialist school is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time, permanent position. The school offers a creative and nurturing environment that supports children with severe and complex learning difficulties. The role involves supporting learners 1:1, in small groups, and as a whole class, assisting with a flexible, inspirational curriculum. Job Responsibility:

Support learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
Assist learners with severe and complex needs
Collaborate with the teacher to support learning objectives

Requirements:

Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
Relevant experience in teaching assistance and/or SEN care (references required)
Eligibility to work in the UK
GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
