Job Description:

We are a NAS-accredited specialist school seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our expanding team. Our students (aged 6-19) have a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical or sensory impairments. We don't just focus on the classroom; we focus on the person.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support students with PMLD and complex medical needs to achieve their personal and educational goals
  • Assist with learning, development, and progress, including participation in personal care and physical intervention routines when necessary
  • Use creativity to help students manage anxiety and sensory overload, building their confidence for adult life
  • Work alongside an exceptional therapeutic team in a highly specialist environment

Requirements:

  • High school, college, university
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English is required
