Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Support our children, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially

• Understand how children learn
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Be a team player, as well as using their initiative
• Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in small groups and 1:1
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job
