Job Description:

This role involves supporting learners with high-functioning ASC aged 5-16 in both individual and classroom settings. The school provides comprehensive support for learners with Autism, Asperger's, and other associated learning difficulties, offering a diverse curriculum including recreational activities. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, term time only.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support to SEN learners across various settings, including 1:1, small groups, and classrooms
Regular communication with parents and carers to discuss pupil progress
Active participation in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and school training events

Requirements:

Resilience, compassion, and dedication to supporting SEN learners in an educational setting
Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Previous experience in Care or Education
